What is the Universal Contour Wrap?
The Universal Contour Wrap is an all natural, effective way to achieve
inch reduction, detoxify the body, cleanse the skin, and leave you feeling
totally rejuvenated with a wonderfully smooth and silkier skin texture.
The Universal Contour Wrap is a process which involves wrapping the body
with special Contour Wraps which have been soaked in an all natural
patented Sea Clay solution.
Our exclusive wrap solution and contouring technique are the results of over
10 years spent by a chiropractic physician in the research and development
of many types of body wrap solutions, techniques and processes.
How Does it Work?
Once the wraps that have been soaked in the warm solution are applied to the
body, the effect is that of a giant poultice. As the toxins are drawn out
through the pores, the skin tissue is compressed and compacted and the skin
regains elasticity by being detoxified thereby creating a smoother and
firmer muscle base over which the soft tissue lies. It is important to note
that this wrapping process is NOT dehydrative - therefore, weight loss,
through water loss, is extremely minimal this means you will NOT regain
inches/cms lost by drinking a glass of water.
What are Toxins?
Toxins are waste by products which are stored in the fluid between the fat
cells. They are called interstitial fluids which simply means 'between the
cells.. ' Toxic accumulation is due to age, illness, medication, stress,
improper diet, smoking, drinking, lack of exercise and weight loss (which
due to fat breakdown is very toxic). Women, additionally have toxic build up
due to hormonal changes and pregnancy.
Toxic accumulation inhibits the elasticin which holds and maintains the
shape of the soft tissue and skin and results in a discouraging sagging
condition.
Will The Universal Contour Wrap Help Cellulite?
Cellulite is a well known word in society today that is more specifically
termed as "toxified fatty deposits".
Because "cellulite" is an abnormal condition causing a slow breakdown and
weakness in the connective tissue that holds the skin firm, the elimination
of cellulite through regular diet and exercise is usually not enough. The
Universal Contour Wrap can assist in the elimination of excessive
accumulations of toxins and fluids that prevent the correction of this
abnormal condition. Cellulite in the body is formed gradually over a long
period of time, so it cannot disappear completely after only one Contour
Wrap. A course of 3 to 5 wraps a week to 10 days apart is recommended.
What is the Procedure When Having a Contour Wrap?
Firstly, phone and make an appointment. When you arrive for your appointment
you will be asked to complete a health questionnaire, after which you will
undress and change into the disposable underwear provided.
25 to 30 warm wraps will then be applied to the body
to contour and lift flabby buttocks and breasts, pull in the
waist and generally sculpture the body. Even your chin may be wrapped if
you wish! Once wrapped, you will be assisted into a light vinyl suit to keep
the body warm. For the next 60 minutes, you may do some light bend and
stretch exercises, after which the bandages will be removed and you will re
dress and receive your after wrap instructions.
You should allow 2 hours for your first treatment.
Will I Lose Weight?
The Universal Contour Wrap was designed to reduce inches rather than take
off lbs/kilos. At The Body Project, we focus on the
detoxification aspect of The Universal Contour Wrap. You will lose inches
and this is noticed in the fit of your clothes, not the measuring tape. If
you are more concerned with just losing inches, then we recommend to find a
beauty salon to go to.
Will the Inches/cms Stay Off?
In our experience, the inches will stay off as long as you do not gain extra
weight, a maintenance wrap once per month is recommended after your goal is
reached.
Is the Contour Wrap Safe and Will It Hurt?
All ingredients in our patented solution have been researched and tested and
are totally natural. The Contour Wrap will not hurt at all, you should not
feel claustrophobic as you are free to move about quite easily. After your
wrap you really will FEEL WONDERFUL!!!
What Will the Contour Wrap Do For My Skin?
The wrap works to cleanse and detoxify the skin, and our clients tell us
their skin feels very soft and smooth and also ‘tighter’ after the wrap.
